It seems appropriate to revisit this message. It was hanging by the desk at the room we stayed in at the new Hyatt Centric Mountain View Hotel. We stayed there before we got into this Pandemic period. It is a really modern and minimal property. Not frilly but at a reasonable price point for Palo Alto. It has everything you need for business and visiting family who live nearby. It even has electric vehicle charging. Which I did not find mentioned anywhere in their website. I highly appreciate this convenience. Staying at a property like this is part of the things that we all miss. Here is hoping that the people at Hyatt who took such great care of us are well and hanging in there.
The silver lining to this pandemic is that everyone you want to hang out with is staying in touch like never before through zoom/phone/email. Also you don’t need to deal with the other people you don’t want to see.
The other thing is that many people have the time to do projects and things that they have been meaning to do but never had the time to do before. Someday has turned out to be today. A friend is working on submitting his Shark Tank audition video. Another has just launched her kitchen/home channel on YouTube. For me, it is this website and some other endeavors ( projects!) at home that I will fill you in the coming days, weeks, months. There is always something to do. This world need not be boring virtual or otherwise.
Then there are my curiosities (whatever’s that are not yet projects until we can afford them). One is to find out what are the brands/products of the Hyatt Centric shower below. I love love love it. Maybe if I email. Hyatt Centric will answer…
